Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Drops with high volume may take longer — you'll be notified by email.

Shipping Times

Domestic US: 3–7 business days after processing. International: 7–21 business days depending on customs.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your package leaves the studio.

Returns

Unworn, unwashed items with original tags may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Sale and archive pieces are final sale. Email support to initiate a return.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are subject to availability — because drops are limited, we recommend returning and reordering as soon as possible.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
